We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about our practice and what to expect from therapy. We’ll assist you in determining if our services are the right fit for your unique needs and goals.
If you prefer to speak with someone via phone before scheduling, simply email us your name, phone number, and a few good times to reach you. Please let us know if it is okay to leave a voicemail or send a text if we miss your call. We will then guide you through scheduling your first appointment and provide detailed instructions on how to access our secure client portal to complete the required intake paperwork.
Do I Have to Do Art Therapy?
No, you do not have to do art therapy. While anyone can benefit from engaging in it, using art as a tool for your mental health is never required or mandatory.
The most important part of therapy is your comfort and well-being. If you are willing to try art therapy, we can use it as a powerful tool to help you with your treatment. However, if you’re not comfortable with it, we can absolutely use other effective approaches to meet your therapeutic needs.
